Visilize has the mission to make blockchain understandable and accessible to all. Blockchain and cryptocurrency technology will fundamentally change the way the internet is used and money is exchanged in the coming years. However, most people do not understand the principles of the blockchain and learning it can be challenging for both students and teachers alike. For this reason, a tool named Bloxxgame was developed by Visilize. Its purpose is to teach blockchain principles to students without in-depth technical knowledge. Visilize strives to help educators teach the fundamentals of blockchain through the first interactive game-based platform for teaching and understanding the blockchain. Visilize explicitly point out that Bloxxgame is by no means a guide to crypto-financial transactions or the like. The coins on Bloxxgame have no legal value and nobody can buy or sell them. You only get and use them on Bloxxgame. Users can’t earn money directly with Bloxxgame because Bloxxcoins can’t be paid out.

These GTC apply to all contracts with Visilize.

1. Conclusion of contract

The contract shall take effect when you click on the purchase button (= offer) and receive the order confirmation (= accept). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.

2. Contract models

For the duration of the contract, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable right to use Bloxxgame.

We will provide you with the agreed number of user profiles and associated passwords depending on the model selected (more information about the different model are on our website. You are solely responsible for the administration of user profiles and passwords. User profiles and passwords must be kept secret and protected against unauthorised access.

You can choose between monthly and yearly payment models. It is possible to switch from a monthly to an annual model at any time. After the termination of an annual model, you can also switch to a monthly model.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Please note that fees are non-refundable.

3. Termination

Our models can be cancelled at any time with a period notice of one day. Please note that you must cancel one day before the automatic renewal of the subscription, otherwise the next fee will be due.

If you cancel, you will lose access as soon as the paid period (month or year) has expired.

4. Payment

The fees are due immediately and are to be paid without any delay via our payment portal.
Access will be activated once payment has been received.

5. Data and data protection

We comply with the relevant data protection laws. Our privacy policy can be found here.

By concluding a contract with us, you explicitly agree that we may process and store your personal data, which is required for the fulfilment of this contract (name, contact details, selected model, etc.), on servers located in the USA.

6. Liability and warranty

Any liability and warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We explicitly point out that Bloxxgame is by no means a guide to crypto-financial transactions or the like. Your coins on Bloxxgame have no legal value and nobody can buy or sell them. You only get and use them on Bloxxgame. You can’t earn money directly with Bloxxgame because Bloxxcoins can’t be paid out.

7. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights belong to Visilize. You are not authorised to pass your access to Bloxxgame to third parties, copy content or use it for any purpose other than the one intended.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

All contractual relationships between you and Visilize, in particular these General Terms and Conditions, are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Basel-Stadt (Switzerland).
