Playground

What is a playground and how to use it.

The playground is the place where a host initiates and develops games. Each playground has a unique access code that players can use to enter it. When you purchase a master licence for Bloxxgame, you receive a playground that you can use to start a game. The main function of the playground is to manage player access. The host determines who can participate in a game by granting them access to their playground.
With a master licence, you can choose whether you enter your playground as a host or as a player. In the first case you have all the management tools for your playground, in the second case you see everything exactly as other players see your playground.
If you have a student licence, you only have the option of entering an access code or joining the free playground.

Access to a playground for Master and Player.

When you create a new playground, all data from the existing playground is deleted and you start from scratch. All previously authorised players are removed and a new access code is issued. You can invite players to your playground by sending them the access code that you can find in your playground box. Any Bloxxgame player who enters this access code can use it to request access to your playground. You will see all requests in your player box, but only those you approve will be able to enter your playground.

Bloxxgame Playground Player Approval

Bloxxgame counts the players in a playground as seats. Further information on how seats are counted can be found in the article “Players and seats”.
